Open House. Some sellers think that open houses are the best way to sell their home. If a Realtor isn’t holding their home open every weekend, well, they just aren’t doing their job. That’s just not true.
For a few years there were situations where renting a home was a better financial solution than owning a home. Rents were pretty inexpensive and owning a home involves more than just a mortgage payment. Homeowners have upkeep on their property, they pay taxes, association fees in some instances, and repairs to the home.
